National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

PhysioAssist is a registered NDIS provider. If you are eligible for NDIS or have been approved for treatment, please feel free to contact us. NDIS fees are in accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue. Travel fee is fixed at $25/visit within Greater Logan and Brisbane.
Home Care Packages
PhysioAssist offers competitive HCP rates to all levels of My Aged Care HCP funding, including self-managed clients. PhysioAssist works closely with Home Care Package Coordinators to deliver high-quality Physiotherapy service. The services are delivered within government guidelines, and an achievable frequency and duration of visits is based on individual's needs and budget.
Self-funded
Private Health Insurance holders may be eligible to claim a portion of fee. Please contact your private health insurer for advice on your specific circumstances.
